Yes that's Jermaine Dupri and yes that's a tattoo of his girl Janet Jackson on his side. Personally I wouldn't have paid for that tattoo mainly because it looks like the virgin Mary and we all know that Janet is FAR from the virgin Mary.
Is this going to be the new trend to profess your love for your woman? If you remember Nick Cannon got 'Mariah' tattooed all across his back before he and Mrs. Carey tied the knot. And Mariah got Mrs. Cannon in her tramp stamp region. I wonder if Janet got a Jermaine midget tatted on her? LOL
