DID THE POLICE GO TO FAR?

    She had a knife and was causing a public threat. Albeit, one can be sympathetic to her dementia/mental condition - I think they had no choice, but to contain her! There were children and babies around! I doubt people would be claiming police brutality or excessive force, had that knife tragically injured one those children/defenseless bystanders.

    Could they have dropkicked her o_O with a little less force? One could can argue that.
